以上是P3需要掌握的模型,考前大家在review一下這些模型的elements都還記得嗎?P3考試不是一定要用模型,但是學(xué)生自己答題的觀點(diǎn)首先不能保證窮盡,再者也不能保證不同的點(diǎn)之間不存在重復(fù),所以能用樹上已有的模型盡量用,當(dāng)然如果有在職的做咨詢的同學(xué)也可以用實務(wù)中經(jīng)常用的模型,考官看到新穎的觀點(diǎn)會有加分喲~
P3有一些新的知識點(diǎn)需要大家重點(diǎn)關(guān)注一下:
Big data(考官文章)
大家可以結(jié)合教材一起復(fù)習(xí),bigdata有3個特征,可以用3個V來表示:Volume,Variety,Velocity。文章中還介紹了Structured data和Unstructured data的區(qū)別,如何進(jìn)行data mining,大數(shù)據(jù)如何應(yīng)用以及將會面臨哪些風(fēng)險等,文章大家自己看一下。
performance indicator考官文章
這篇文章跟P3/P5考試均相關(guān),主要講了performance – objective –CSF – KPI 。P3考官現(xiàn)在越來越喜歡考財務(wù)相關(guān)的題目了,動輒在題目中出現(xiàn)timeseries, budget, decision tree 等數(shù)量的題目,大家要搞清楚這些知識點(diǎn)的原理以及計算方式,P3主要是在此基礎(chǔ)上考核大家的財務(wù)分析能力,計算為輔,只是作為分析的基礎(chǔ),建議看一下完整的文章。

或先讀題干第一部分,了解基本信息,如:公司的行業(yè)背景、對考生的身份設(shè)定等;再讀requirement;然后是題干全部內(nèi)容,并對重點(diǎn)詞語進(jìn)行標(biāo)注。
